Job Description
    Seeking a self-motivated and ambitious Business Development Executive with a passionate work ethic based in the Western United States area to join our team and bring focus to the Western market. This is a Hunter role with focus on all new business acquisition.
    Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience required 2-5 years outside sales experience required with emphasis on business accounts (travel industry preferred) Ability to effectively present, interact, and negotiate with all organizational levels Outstanding organizational skills to handle multiple opportunities, travel, and other duties concurrently Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, written and oral communication skills Effective negotiation and closing skills Goal oriented, team player, independent self-starter with strong initiative Proficiency with MS Office products, familiarity with CRM systems a plus Valid driver's license, good driving record and proof of insurance
Experience & Knowledge
    Job Responsibilities: Meet established annual new business quota goals Develop a thorough understanding of all services and capabilities Cultivate leads, attend sales appointments, manage RFPs, deliver sales presentations Daily prospecting and lead generation activities Document all activities and opportunities within the CRM tool Delivering the right solution to the right client Build trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships with key decision-makers Understanding prospective customers business issues and buying motives Fully engage in the travel and procurement industries (GBTA, ACTE, ISM, etc.) by staying current on publications as well as attend industry events
    Degree preferred but not required
