Job Description
We’re seeking a skillful UI / UX Designer who is passionate about creating an experience and
empowering users through simple, intuitive design. You will work within the product design
team to turn expressed customer needs and feature requests into a cohesive, easily understood
software platform with a user-centric focus. You will be an integral part of our product design
process from research to rollout.

Qualifications
Your responsibilities include:
- Working with our product managers and development team to design intuitive UIs
across web and mobile products
- Optimizing existing UI designs for intuitivity and experience
- Evaluating software heuristics to turn complex processes into easy-to-use, error-free
workflows
- Producing design artifacts like wireframes and concept models with quick turn-around
times
- Applying knowledge of design, typography and color theory to digital designs
- Adhering to style standards on typography and graphic design
- Performing industry and user research to stay ahead of emerging trends, tools and
technologies
- Participating in an Agile scrum development system consisting of 3-week sprints
- Present and communicate insights in order to help shape long-term product strategy

Experience & Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in interaction design, digital art, visual studies or related field
- 3 years of digital UI / UX design experience on both web and mobile platforms
- A strong portfolio that demonstrates proven experience in UI/UX design
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch or other visual design and wireframing tools
- Proficiency in Presentation software, such as Powerpoint and Keynote
- Proven ability working in fast-paced environments with shifting business priorities and in collaboration across different teams
- Fluent in user-centered design best practices with excellent communication skills and
empathy for the user
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and provide deliverables in a regular, timely fashion
