Job Description
Looking for a Marketing Director to build our external company image. The right person will have experience with Social Media, Email Marketing, Channel Marketing, CRM management and LOVE engaging with sales & programming on their ideas and needs. This candidate will be responsible for all aspects of marketing to consumers, referral partners and our client base.
Note - We need assertive decision makers. There's nothing wrong with being a direction follower but if you thrive on being told what to do, this is not the position for you. You will have the responsibility in taking extreme ownership in enhancing an already established brand.
This position is 100% remote with occasional meetings in the Hartselle main office. |
Qualifications
-Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Marketing, Communications or a business-related field
-10 years of marketing experience, preferably in IT or software
-Strong background in digital and traditional marketing strategies
-Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe applications
-Highly motivated and willingness to collaborate with a team
-Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
-Proactive, innovative and passionate
-Requires some travel (20%)

Experience & Knowledge
-Strategic lead in planning and directing marketing activities to meet business goals
-Develop and execute measurable, multi-channel campaigns to reach primary and secondary audiences, including prospects and current clients
-Market analysis – evaluate industry environment and trends to identify target market opportunities and positioning
-Oversight and maintenance of corporate website & social media, including SEO/SEM strategies
-Creation of content and collateral for corporate and product brands, in collaboration with Communications Director
-Planning and execution of exhibitions for national industry conferences
