Job Description
    Responsibilities include software testing estimation, analysis, planning, execution, management, and Reporting on software testing projects. These responsibilities include assisting in the development, Implementation and support of the Software Quality Assurance standards, methods, techniques and tool usage related to quality systems development and testing.
Qualifications
    • Provide application and workflow support to our internal users. • Support and administration for the DP application and services. • Support of sales and implementations teams with developing and implementing services and solutions. • Applies good modeling principles and practices. • Assists in maintaining low complexity applications/systems. • Infrequent systems analysis work. • Responsible for fulfilling end-user requests. • Good facilitation skills. • Perform work with minimal supervision. Exercise considerable latitude in determining testing objectives of assignments
Experience & Knowledge
    • Strong understanding of application design and functionality concepts needed for rapid diagnosis of a problem. • Strong data and data management techniques, queries, and database concepts needed to investigate and resolve data-driven errors or issues. • 5+ years software testing experience. • Experience administrating/utilizing software testing tools is required. • Excellent written and verbal communications skills are required. • Knowledge of defect tracking tools is required. • Adapt at anticipating user behavior and solving problems efficiently and creatively.
Education
    BS/BA preferred
