Job Description
    Seeking a skilled Technical Writer to develop, write, and maintain technical and administrative documentation and publications. This position is an in-house role currently, but after being with the company for a few months the position could become a hybrid role. You will be a critical contributor to the technical communication efforts and will be responsible for producing high-quality documentation that enables end-users to efficiently use our products and services. Qualifications
    Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or 2 years of related experience (total of 4). 5 years of experience in process documentation, and designing/developing end-user systems, and administrative documentation Exhibits an advanced knowledge of MS Office suite of products (required). General knowledge of design, spreadsheets, word processing, and graphics software is required. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
Experience & Knowledge
    Research, develop, and write content for printed manuals, documents, and supporting materials for software, hardware, technical procedures, and computer-related services. Design and assist with development of training materials and instructions, web content, and forms. Review and revise previously created documentation. Create graphical images, flow charts, and diagrams for inclusion in documentation. Prepare and maintain documentation and publications relating to users, systems, programming, operations, products, and services. Plan, research, organize, write and edit a variety of process documents and on-line help files that support end users. Maintain understanding of current applications and levels of user proficiency. Ensure adherence to standards for all documents and publications produced to guarantee consistent document quality, format, and style. Meet deadlines and adapt to changing task requirements.
