Job Description
seeking a salaried Field Service Technician to install, service, troubleshoot, and maintain digital signage, out-of-home media displays, and related customer-facing technology systems. This role may involve national travel and occasional on-call work.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair technical display/media systems at customer locations.
Troubleshoot hardware, connectivity, mounting, cabling, power, and system-performance issues.
Perform preventive maintenance and document all service activities, findings, photos, parts used, and resolutions.
Communicate professionally with customers, vendors, and internal teams.
Travel to customer sites nationally as needed.

Qualifications
Prior field service, technical installation, digital signage, low-voltage, AV, networking, or related experience preferred.
No electrical or low-voltage license required.
Ability to use hand/power tools, troubleshoot technical systems, and work independently.
Valid driver’s license and ability to travel nationally.
Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.
